Do credits expire?

Plan credits reset each month. Purchased credits never expire and are used only after your plan credits.

Do my participants pay anything?

No. Guests join via link or room code, without an account, on every plan — including translation when you enable it for them.

What happens when my credits reach zero?

The circle simply continues. Milo bows out and translation pauses — your meeting is never interrupted, and nothing is charged automatically.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and unused credits carry into the new plan's month; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
