The talking-stick method, online

One voice at a time.Every voice heard.

Co-Intelligence Circle brings the talking-stick to video calls: whoever holds the stick speaks, everyone else truly listens. And when you want one, an AI sits in the circle as a participant — never as a tool.

Start with MiloMilo 1 credits/min · translation 1 credit/min per listener.
The method

One stick. One voice.

The circle decides the order — sunwise, earthwise, or open. Whoever holds the stick speaks; everyone else listens. A gentle timer keeps each turn whole, and no one is interrupted.

Milo

An AI participant, not an assistant.

Milo sits in the circle like anyone else and takes a turn when the stick arrives. You write its role yourself — witness, weaver, timekeeper, or something only your circle needs. Between turns, it simply listens.

Translation

Every voice, in your language.

Live voice translation, chosen per participant. Each person hears the circle in their own language while the original voices stay present underneath. Multilingual circles stop being a compromise.

How a human circle begins

  1. 1

    Create a room

Choose the flow, set the timer, and prepare the shared center.

  2. 2

    Share the link

One link, or a six-digit room code. Nothing to install, nothing to set up.

  3. 3

    Guests join freely

Participants never need an account, and never pay. The circle fills around the fire.

  4. 4

    Pass the stick

Whoever holds the stick speaks — everyone else listens until the turn is complete.

How a circle begins

  1. 1

    Create a room

Choose the flow — sunwise, earthwise or open — invite Milo if you wish, and light the fire.

  2. 2

    Share the link

One link, or a six-digit room code. Nothing to install, nothing to set up.

  3. 3

    Guests join freely

Participants never need an account, and never pay. The circle fills around the fire.

  4. 4

    Pass the stick

Whoever holds the stick speaks — everyone else listens. When you finish, it travels on around the circle, and a gentle timer keeps each turn whole. No one can take it from you.

  5. 5

    Let Milo take a turn

Milo is a participant, not an assistant: you write its role in plain words — a weaver naming threads between voices, a witness speaking last, a timekeeper holding the container — and it speaks only when the stick reaches it.

Privacy

A quiet room for human attention.

Clean Mode keeps the circle simple: one link, one shared room, and a turn-taking structure that protects the conversation without adding another layer.

Guests join freely

Participants enter by link or room code, without creating an account.

Host-owned rooms

Your branding, room name and invitations stay under your control.

No extra layer

Clean Mode is for circles that want the human exchange to stand on its own.

Privacy

What's said in the circle stays in the circle.

Video and audio travel peer to peer — directly between participants, never through our servers. AI joins only when the circle invites it, and the role you give Milo is its entire instruction: every word visible, nothing hidden. Built in Germany under European privacy law.

Peer to peer

Your video flows directly from person to person.

AI by invitation

Milo and translation stay off until the circle turns them on.

No hidden prompts

Milo's role is written by you — and only by you.

Questions, answered.

Do guests need an account?
No. Guests join with one link or a six-digit room code. Only the facilitator needs an account.
Can I use this without AI?
Yes. Human Mode is the default experience and keeps Milo, translation and AI pricing out of the room.
Is this useful for therapy or coaching groups?
Yes. The room is designed for calm turn-taking, protected speaking time and host-led sessions.
Can it be white-labelled?
Yes. Facilitator and organization setups can carry your room name, logo and visual identity.

Questions, answered.

Do guests need an account — or a plan?
Never. Guests join with one link or a six-digit room code, free, on every plan. Only the facilitator holds an account.
What does it cost?
Plans start at €19/month, and the video circle itself never costs credits. Credits only meter AI time: 1 per minute while Milo is in the room, 1 per listener-minute of live translation. 1 credit is €0.05.
Is our conversation private?
Video and audio travel peer to peer between participants — they don't pass through our servers. AI features only listen once the circle has invited them.
What is Milo allowed to do?
Exactly what you write. The role you give Milo is its entire instruction — there are no hidden prompts. It takes its turn when the stick arrives, and listens the rest of the time.
How does live translation work?
Each participant chooses their own language and hears the whole circle in it, while the original voices stay softly underneath. Chosen per person, billed per listener.
What happens when credits run out?
The circle simply continues. Milo bows out and translation pauses — your meeting is never interrupted, and nothing is charged automatically.

The circle is ready when you are.
