Nadim is a regenerative leadership consultant and consensus builder. After decades inside traditional industry — Mercedes, Bayer, Microsoft — he turned toward the older technologies of human conversation: council work, heart-sharing circles, consensus practices brought into modern boards and organizations.
The circle method this product protects is his daily craft. Every rule in the room — the stick that cannot be taken, the order the group chooses, the center that belongs to no one — comes from years of holding real circles with real stakes.
